U might be compelled to read this post after skimming through the title..haha..This is totally my opinion but it might well be true. It is something that appeals greatly to my taste buds and i just love it. From the idea of eating it to holding it in my hands and placing it in my mouth. Its known commonly as kaju katli or kaju burfi. Kaju Katli is an Indian sweet made from cashews, sugar, cardamom powder and ghee. Typically cut into Rhombus pieces and covered with edible silver foil Varakh.
Basically its soft and sweet and probably one of the best treats my taste buds could have. Although there are so many varieties of Indian sweets, this appeals to me the most. Too much is not good. Haha.. Had experience of eating like a few kilos of it in the course of a week. Ended up getting puffy, swollen eyes like as though i was beaten up. Oh ya its very heaty and stuff so u could get a sore throat or something. But a little dose should get u out of a bad mood .. Trust me u should try some

Goooood stuff. Congrats on your very first food-related entry. Food writing is something so revered (maybe not in sg) in certain parts of the world that there actually are entire uni courses devoted to it.
